Terms and Conditions for Stesha Reukauf (Strength by Nutrition, INC)

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before purchasing, accessing or using any of our Programs, Products and Services.

Terms of Use

Our Programs, Products, and Services are owned and operated by Stesha Reukauf (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). The term “you” refers to any purchaser and/or user of any of our Programs, Products and/or Services.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website or purchase from Stesha Reukauf.

By purchasing or using any of our Programs, Courses, Trainings, Products, Website or Services ("Material"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Use as well as any other terms and conditions that may apply.

All users of our material must be at least 18 years old.

The content in all of our material is the property of Stesha Reukauf and is intended for personal use only. It is not to be duplicated, sold, shared, stolen, modified, copied or repurposed. You understand that doing any of the before-mentioned activities is considered theft and we retain the right to take legal action against you.

If you participate in a live training or if you are in a video, Stesha Reukauf owns all rights to this material and may use or distribute the content as seen fit.

Any testimonials (written or verbal) posted in a Telegram chat, Facebook group, Instagram direct message, or comments, sent to Stesha Reukauf become the property of Stesha Reukaufs. Screenshots can/will be used anonymously to promote the container. If you post a testimonial to a container owned by Stesha Reukauf you consent to these terms and the use of your testimonial as Stesha sees fit.

Request for Permission to Use Content. Any request for written permission to use our material, should be made prior to using it by sending an e-mail to team@steshareukauf.com

Telegram Groups.

The Course or Program may come with a private Telegram Community. These Terms apply to the Telegram Group. You also understand that Telegram is a public platform and therefore, we cannot guarantee your privacy for things that you share in the group as other members will also see what is posted.

We will not tolerate any kind of bullying, scam, or hate messages within our communities or DM. If you violate this, we can and will ban you from the community and block your profile.

Client Etiquette Agreement.

All container-specific communication must be submitted via the instructions provided within the specific container.

No container questions or support will be answered in Stesha’s email inbox or Social Media direct message Inbox. If you need technical support, please email at team@steshareukauf.com for assistance.

All Zoom communication during live calls is in the comments only. There is no voice-to-voice support or hot seat coaching, unless specified directly by Stesha.

Please keep community spaces aligned to the conversation of the container.

Please keep these spaces positive and respect that this is a community space. Bring questions through a neutral lens and please refrain from bringing negativity or topics unrelated to the focus of the container.

This space is meant to serve you in supportively connecting with the other students of these spaces.

Please do not DM or message people outside of this space without their express consent.

Please note: these are part of the terms you agree to when joining this space and Stesha Reukauf (Strength by Nutrition, Inc.) retains the right to deny access if terms are not followed.


Purchases and Payment Plans.

If paying by debit card, credit card, PayPal or Stripe you give us permission to automatically charge your credit or debit card as payment for your Program, Product or Service without any additional authorization, for which you will receive an electronic receipt for the initial transaction.

In the event that payment is not received by the date due, the Program, Product or Services will not continue and we reserve the right to cease your access immediately and permanently. We reserve the right to charge a late fee of $100 added to your remaining payment.

Your payment will be charged on a recurring basis on the terms that you have agreed to pay. If your payment fails on the date that it is due, we may attempt to re-process your payment without notice.

In the event that you dispute a charge for a Program, Product or Service your access will be revoked immediately, and, in the case disputes are not resolved, we reserve the right to revoke access to allpast, current, and prior purchases of Programs, Products or Services obtained by us.

If you fail to make your payment for any reason, you have 3 days to correct this or your access to the container will be revoked and you remain fully responsible for the full cost of the Programs, Courses, Products, or Services.

All information obtained during your purchase or transaction for our Programs, Products and Services and all of the information that you give as part of the transaction, such as your name, address, method of payment, credit card number, and billing information, may be collected by both us and our payment processing company.

Refund Policy.

Due to the nature of our Programs, Products and Services by Stesha Reukauf has a no refund policy, absolutely no exceptions. By purchasing any of our offers, you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided to you for any reason. Should you decide to terminate your participation in any of our Programs, Products and Services, you remain responsible for all remaining payments.

**THERE ARE NO REFUNDS DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS WORK. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COMPLETION OF ALL PAYMENTS REGARDLESS OF THE UTILIZATION OF THE CONTAINER**

Termination.

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in any of our Programs, Products and Services at any time.

In the event of cancellation or termination by either of us, you will have 24 hours to pay any and all remaining payments or balances that are owed to us.
